Frequently Asked Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Go to your account settings.
- Click on the “Subscriptions” tab.
- Select the option to cancel your subscription.
Please note that future payments will be stopped, and access to the app’s features will end.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your payment period.
If you purchased the subscription through the App Store or Google Play, cancel it via the respective app on your phone.
What's the price?
The price of our subscription varies depending on the duration of the subscription. You can choose between being debited monthly, quarterly, per six months or yearly. You can find the different prices of our subscriptions at the bottom of our homepage.
How do I sign up?
- Create a profile on our website.
- Choose the subscription that suits you.
- Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Log in with the profile you created.
We recommend registering on the website for a better monthly price and faster support. However, you can also create a profile and subscription directly in the app.
Can I try the app for free?
Yes, we offer a free trial for new users. You can access the trial by signing up and choosing the trial option during the subscription selection process.
What's included in a subscription?
A subscription includes full access to all features in the app, such as workout plans, nutrition plans, +400 recipes and progress tracking. You are also able to edit workouts and create your own.
I have been charged again even though I only signed up for 3 months, why?
Since we offer a subscription service (which means automatic renewal) you need to cancel your subscription in order to not be charged again. If you would like to avoid future automatic renewals, be sure to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
How do I change my subscription?
To change your subscription, go to your account settings and click on the "Subscriptions" tab. In order to change your subscription you need to cancel your present subscription and upgrade/downgrade afterwards. If you need help, please contact our customer service.
Can I cancel anytime? Is there any binding period?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. There is no binding period, but please be aware that it is a subscription, which means automatic renewal until the subscription is cancelled.
How do I change my card info?
To change your card information, go to your account settings and click on the "subscription" tab. From there, you can update your payment method or add a new one. Please note that any changes made to your payment information will only affect future payments. If you need any help, please reach out to our customer service.
Can I change the billing date for my subscription?
Unfortunately, you cannot change the billing date for your subscription. The billing date is set to the date you started the subscription and it is therefore not possible to change it afterwards. If you wish to change the billing date, you will need to cancel your subscription and then start it again on the date you wish to be billed.
